The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes. Home listings, specifications, features, images, and floor plans are provided to help you evaluate options and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding quote. All pricing is quoted on request and is subject to change and availability until confirmed in a written agreement.

Pricing & availability

We are a licensed manufactured home dealer. Prices reflect wholesale cost plus a transparent, flat markup, and are subject to change without notice. Inventory availability, delivery timelines, and eligibility vary by location and are confirmed by our team on a per-order basis. We currently serve North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, with additional states planned.

Manufacturer content

Photographs, renderings, floor plans, and specifications are supplied by the home manufacturers (including Clayton Homes and Cavco Homes) and are representative only. Actual homes, finishes, and dimensions may vary. Brand names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Your submissions

You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your submissions are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting fraudulent or automated inquiries, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties on the homes themselves, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and/or set out in your purchase documents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cost Plus Home Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
